Ministry Trips

Several times every year we take people from our churches on ministry trips to Mexico. On these trips we have the privilege of seeing Christ in another culture. We get to partner with churches from La Iglessia Del Senior assisting them as they make every effort to share the love of God with the people of their country.

On our trips we take on the role of a servant, doing whatever work the local chuch needs to have done. Usually we have some type of evening conference, we preach the good news about Jesus Christ, we worship, we pray, and we do everything we can to share the love of God with the people we encounter.

If you would like to know more about our ministry trips or how you might participate in one please contact Alecha Sheppard.

Church Planting

Every thing that has life grows and multiplies: It is a biotic principle. For example, coffee pots can make coffee; (thank God) but, they will never make another coffee pot because coffee pots are man made, not living. A coffee plant is different. Since it is living, it can make both coffee and another coffee plant. Likewise we believe that every living church will ultimately reproduce itself. Just like the scientist on Jurassic Park said, "life will find a way!" Sometimes those reproductions happen in a negative way called "church splits." Hopefully the repoduction will be the intentional effort of secure leaders who want to see new leaders released to embrace God's plan for taking the message of the Cross into all of the world.

Life will find a way; so, we think the local church should do everyting possible to give life a chance. One of the ways we can do that is by planting new churches. Every city deserves to have a life giving, bible teaching, Christ manifesting, Spirit filled church; so, as long as we live we will try to obey Christ's command to "Go into all the world and make disciples of all men." We will do that by planting churches.
